2014 , Passing the Torch
Guy and Leona Bonneau, 3rd generation, took over the farm in 2014 and work along with their children Catherine and Ben.
Charlotte Lake farms continues to grow and expand in to the homes and hearts of our friends, family, and customers.

Our Community Involvement
• Since 2020, Alberta Open Farm Days participant from 500 to 1,000 people in attendance annually at our farm.
• Volunteer on the Canadian Foodgrains Bank, Bonnyville Municipal Seed Cleaning Co-op, St. Louis Parish Council, Alberta Farm Fresh Producers Association, Bonnyville Agricultural Society (past) and Bonnyville 4-H District (past) as executive board members and volunteers.
• Beaver River Beef 4H Club assistant leaders (past)
• Sponsor present and past: Bonnyville 4-H District, Bonnyville Hospital Gala, Bonnyville Festival of Trees, Haying in the 30’s Cancer fundraiser, Bonnyville & District Chamber of Commerce SPCA fundraiser…just to name a some.

Introducing Our Butchers
Love’s Custom Meats is run by the Love Family in Vegreville, Alberta and opened in 2007. Our animals are slaughtered, cut, and wrapped in their provincially inspected facility with quality service.
Bert and Ryan Love have 45 years of experience combined as well as both are graduated honour students at the Olds College, Meat Processing Program. Olds College is internationally known as a top program for the industry.
