Our Angus Beef is: 100% pure meat, no additives nor preservatives. A premium product, our beef is raised without antibiotics or hormones. Processed in an Alberta government inspected facility. Hung between 14 to 16 days for tenderness. Frozen after cut and wrap for optimum freshness. Packaging is brown butcher paper for all cuts except for ground beef and soup bones is plastic wrap.

 All freezer packs will contain all cuts divided equally.
