Our Angus Beef is:

  • 100% pure meat, no additives nor preservatives
  • Raised without antibiotics or hormones
  • Humanely and regeneratively raised
  • Processed in an Alberta government inspected facility
  • Dry-Aged between 14 to 16 days for tenderness
  • Frozen after cut and wrap for optimum freshness
  • Packaging is brown butcher paper for all cuts except for ground beef and soup bones is plastic wrap
