You will receive +- 65% of the carcass weight which is +-58 - 65 lbs in your freezer after the cut and wrap process
This one-eighth freezer pack will contain all cuts from a half animal divided equally between the one-eights.
Approximately 2 cubic feet of freezer space is required.

• Roast cuts are +-3 lbs per package & consists of: Sirloin Tip, Eye of Round, Inside Round, & Cross Rib
