Our Angus Beef is:
- 100% pure meat, no additives nor preservatives
- Raised without antibiotics or hormones
- Humanely and regeneratively raised
- Processed in an Alberta government inspected facility
- Dry-Aged between 14 to 16 days for tenderness
- Frozen after cut and wrap for optimum freshness
- Packaging is brown butcher paper for all cuts except for ground beef and soup bones is plastic wrap
